• User Account Information: For Sellers and Customers, we store names and contact details securely using Firebase Firestore.
• Media Uploads: Images uploaded for listings are optimized in WebP format to save data and are stored securely on Cloudflare R2.
• Device Permissions: We may request access to your storage for uploading images and network access for communication with Enigma2 devices.

2. Data Management and Roles

The application operates on a 3-tier hierarchy (Admin, Seller, Customer):

• Admin: Manages the platform and manually verifies Seller accounts.
• Sellers: Can upload and manage their offers.
• Customers: Can browse and interact with available offers.

3. Data Security

We are committed to protecting your data. We use industry-standard encryption and secure cloud providers (Google Firebase and Cloudflare) to ensure your information is safe from unauthorized access.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Users can request account and data deletion at any time by contacting the administrator within the app.
